The first time I did yoga, I hated it. I initially thought it was ridiculous because of all the moves I had to do, poses I had to hold. I preferred cardio or muscle building workouts over it any day. But as I progressed I’ve learned to appreciate it for how it has contributed to my strength and flexibility. So I threw the idea of doing a yoga inspired shoot at Bubbles Paraiso, who’s a yoga instructor, and she said yes!
